So these are sweet potato fries.. In other words uhhmazing. I found these at a 'gourmet fast food' place called Paul's Place. It has quickly become one of my favorite food places, one reason because they make all their food to order, there are no heat lamps and pre-made food. But back to their hidden gem.. these fries. I do not recall ever seeing them on the menu, but a friend introduced me to them and they are the only fries I order now. I thought they looked so nasty and couldnt imagine them being any good. But let me just tell you, uhhmazing.
Should try em out. You wont regret it, and I highly suggest gettin some of their awesome ranch dressing also. It is my all time favorite ranch. Yes, I have a favorite ranch! It makes hidden valley ranch seem bland and just not very good. And their ranch just completes the ensemble of yummy-ness.
